NAVAJO TACOS

INGREDIENTS

1 small onion

1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

8 Navajo fry breads (See earlier recipe for 4 fry breads and double its substances)*

1 pound floor beef

1 15-ounce can pinto beans or pink kidney beans, drained

1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes (1 extra cup later)

1 4-ounce can diced inexperienced chiles

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 avocado

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup bitter cream

1 cup diced tomatoes
